In order for your Facebook page to get you the results you desire (whether is it getting your fans to visit a website, or to purchase a product or service), you need to know not only how to drive traffic to it, but also to get your fans to visit it on a regular basis (and thus getting repeated traffic).
The reason why most marketers or businesses fail to see any visible results from their Facebook pages is because they fail to get their fans to visit their pages on a regular basis. So, how do you get repeated traffic to your Facebook page?
In this article, I am going to share with you 3 simple tips on how you can entice your fans to want to visit your page over and over again.
1. Update Your Facebook Page Regularly
You need to update your Facebook page on a regular basis (I would recommend posting an update every 2 to 3 days) – Whenever you update your Facebook page, the update will be posted on your fans’ news feeds, and these feeds will also appear in the news feeds of their friends.
Thus, the more often you update your page, the more visibility that your page has (on your fans, as well as friends of your fans’ feeds), and if the updates are interesting enough, it will get them to want to click on and visit it.
2. Give Your Fans What They Want
The easiest way to get repeated traffic to your Facebook page is to give your fans what they want.
The easiest way to find out what they want is to simply ask them – You can post an update to ask them what is it they want to know more about.
Once you have this information, what you need to do is to provide them with the information that they wish to know more about. By doing so, you can be sure that you can get your fans to visit your page on a regular basis.
3. Do Not Over-Promote
You must always remember – People visit Facebook to stay connected with their friends and family members, not to buy products and services.
As such, you must always bear in mind not to over-promote your fans with your products and service. Because, by doing so, not only will they not visit your page, but they will also “unlike” it and you have lost your one potential customer for life.
