About Tom Yum Soup

The ingredients required for cooking: 6 white onions julienned, 8 ounces of fresh ginger root, 6 red bell peppers julienned, 1 stalk celery sliced thin, 2 green chilli peppers well chopped, 10 fresh leaves of lime, half cup of oyster sauce, 1 cup soy sauce, 4 ounces of tom yum soup paste, 14 quarters of chicken broth, pieces of lbs. boneless chicken breast, 1 cup of karengo and 1 tsp. of sesame oil.
Following is the method for cooking Tom Yum soup
1. Take a large sized pot and stir fry, onions, red bell peppers, celery, chile peppers, ginger, & lemongrass, in the sesame oil.
2. Now add chicken cubes and boild for around 5-6 minutes at a medium paced heat
3. Add lime leaves, oyster sauce, soy sauce, tom yum paste and cut up chicken.
4. Check the taste and flavor of the contents after 20 minutes of boiling.
5. If required, add more of oyster sauce
