Never buy an Omega3 fish oil that has not been purified by molecular distillation to remove the impurities such as lead,, mercury and the PCBs. The PCBs are dangerous, they take hundreds of years to break down. But, molecular distillation is the only way to remove these deadly toxins. The remaining oil will be pure.
