Heartburn – Common Causes and Quick Fixes

Heartburn or acid reflux is an annoying condition which affects a large number of people. Occasional heartburn is quite common but if you suffer from heartburn more than twice a week then it would be wise to consult a doctor especially if the pain is so bad that you are taking a large number of heartburn medications such as antacids. Probably the best, and easiest, way to avoid heartburn attacks is to simple avoid eating the foods that are known to trigger heartburn. By maintaining a healthy diet as well as eating in moderation should help you avoid a lot of the pain you experience.
