Heartburn – Common Causes and Quick Fixes

Heartburn or acid reflux is an annoying condition which affects a large number of people. Occasional heartburn is quite common but if you suffer from heartburn more than twice a week then it would be wise to consult a doctor especially if the pain is so bad that you are taking a large number of heartburn medications such as antacids. Distilled White Vinegar- As soon as you feel that a bout of heartburn may be rearing its ugly head try taking a tablespoon of this vinegar. Many people swear that it is a great natural cure for heartburn.
Probably the best, and easiest, way to avoid heartburn attacks is to simple avoid eating the foods that are known to trigger heartburn. By maintaining a healthy diet as well as eating in moderation should help you avoid a lot of the pain you experience.
