High Triglyceride Levels and How to Control Them Naturally

What are Triglycerides?

Focus is usually given to cholesterol level as it is commonly referred to by doctors and health experts. Cholesterol and triglyceride often goes hand in hand. The levels of Triglyceride, along with High Density Lipoprotein or good cholesterol and Low Density Lipoprotein or bad cholesterol are included in the computation of over-a cholesterol level of the body. High levels of triglycerides usually mean high cholesterol level. In this way, the risk of heart diseases is high as well, and can still rise to high risks.
