How to Achieve a Slimmer Face

Does it feel like no matter how well you diet and how much exercise you add to your routine, you can’t seem to slim down your face?  Double chins, sagging jawlines and plump facial features can often discourage your efforts and deflate your ego.

The face itself is actually a relatively small area to be toning and exercising, so you’ll find you get noticeable results in a very short amount of time.  As with any type of work out routine, exercising your face requires consistency in order to be effective.  Most people are content to spend fifteen minutes or so toning and exercising the face each evening while they watch their favourite television shows.  Of-course, many of the stretches and movements for your face, neck and chin can even be performed while you’re in your car on the way to work!
