Aren’t you just tired of feeling out of shape? How would you like to be more energetic, healthy and attractive? Would you like to change your life so you can lose weight permanently? Let me show you a couple of easy things to get you started.
First of all, you need to change your eating habits. And this will only happen if you truly enjoy healthy eating. Is there a part of your mind saying something like “salad and vegetables are rabbit food and not for me”? If so, you need to work on that attitude.
Second, you need to re-learn to enjoy exercise. As young kids we’ve liked to be active- and the older we get the more we tend to forget having fun while moving our bodies. For men and women over 40 the sedentary lifestyle and time constraints of our busy life make it hard to stay on exercise programs. But: Once you’ve rediscovered having fun while doing physical activity, the motivation and opportunity for exercising will come on its own.
Third, you need a stress-reducing, relaxing lifestyle. You can’t lose weight permanently if you don’t get enough sleep or if you are stressed out all the time. Many men and women over 40 feel increased pressure under the current economical situation. You need to balance that, or you’ll build up stress fat. Stress fat is hard to lose- if you want to lose weight permanently you’ll need to release tension from your life.
Most importantly, you need to find out what works for you when it comes to losing weight. You won’t be able to lose weight permanently if you don’t find a solution that fits into your specific lifestyle. Your weight loss plan must take your specific situation into account. If you can find such a plan, you’ll be able to get an attractive, toned body before summer and having fun in the process.
