Raw Diet and 10,000 Steps

Many people are taking to raw food diet day by day. This is because people are gradually coming to know about the harm that rich, cooked foods and processed foods can do to our bodies. When you are on raw food diet you are not allowed to eat foods which have been heated more than 115 degrees Fahrenheit. On the other hand, in this diet you are permitted to consume foods in their absolute raw state, absolutely uncooked and unprocessed.

Exercise and raw diet:

It is important to combine light exercise with your raw food diet if you want to lose weight really fast. You will indeed be surprised how fast you are losing the extra weight that you have. This is the key to look beautiful and feel great.

If you make an attempt to walk 10,000 steps in a day, you will lose weight really fast. Do this gradually by starting off with 500 more steps per day. Normally human beings take 1000 – 3000 steps in a day. Increasing 500 steps will not make much of a difference. But it will surely contribute to your weight loss. Go on increasing this till you can walk 10,000 steps a day. Since you are on a non toxic raw diet you will have plenty of energy to walk as much as you want to.
