The first thing is to learn to close your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, and use a tissue when you close. Make sure that you trash the tissue after its use. The second thing that you can do is to wash your hands well after you have coughed or sneezed with abundant soap and water. Any hand cleaners that are alcohol based are also effective. Try as much as possible not to touch your eyes, your nose or your mouth because germs tend to spread in that manner. Finally try to avoid sitting close to sick people. Babies should be looked after with a lot of care. Since their immunity, level is very low when they are young.

The swine flu is spread mainly from person to person though coughs and sneezes of the affected person. If you get the flu, the government’s health department suggests that you stay home and refrain from going to school or to work and try and limit all contacts with other people so that you don’t infect them. Following these simple rules can help in keeping people safe.
