Statistically speaking, chances are that you, or someone you know, has been diagnosed with depression, either now, or at sometime in the past. With the changes in the world, along with all the other issues relating to depression historically, it’s a growing trend. Of course, just being diagnosed is not the end of it. That’s exactly what it is – you’re not crazy, or losing it. Like a cold, or a broken leg, it’s treatable, and perfectly okay to be depressed.
